The future will require flexible, imaginative
people with university-level educations.
Södertörns högskola is committed to
collaboration among academic disciplines in its
research (post-graduate) programmes as well as in
its undergraduate education.
11Intercultural
Södertörns högskola is located in a growing
metropolitan area, where people from many
different cultures live. Knowledge of and
respect for social and cultural diversity is a
quality that permeates all faculties.
12Civic
We emphasise training citizens for our society
and working with issues that have an important
bearing on how we function as citizens. Our
course programmes lean towards professional life
and the labour market, but they are not
vocational training programmes instead they are
based on independent academic studies.
