  programmes since 1997
• Activities have been based on the flagship
  projects Virtual University of Applied
  Sciences, Baltic Sea Virtual Campus and

• oncampus GmbH (subsidiary company of FHL) offers
  integrated e-learning services as there are
  standardised but flexible content development,
  learning platform, marketing and administration.
