3QLD Government Blue Card
- QRL Circular No.255 Blue Card Policy
- Any person over the age of 18 in a official
capacity with a Junior Team must hold a Blue Card
issued by the Commission for Children and Young
People. All On-Field Officials must display this
card ie. Coaches, Assist Coaches, Managers, FAOs,
Trainers, Runners, Duty Officials, Ground
Controllers and Match Officials etc.
4QLD Government Blue Card
- Each Local League/Club is to provide the Division
a list of all volunteers with their Blue Card No.
and Expiry date.
5Risk Management Strategies
- QLD Government requirement for each Club to have
a Risk Management Strategy on Child protection in

- 4 Point Try (u7 to u12)

- (in u11 u12) At the play the ball, no member of
the team NOT IN POSSESSION is to move forward
until the ball is in the hands of the FIRST
RECEIVER or the acting halfback elects to run,
kick or mishandles the ball. - (in u7 u8) There must be a minimum of one pass
within the quarter way (20m) from own tryline. - (in u9 to u12) There must be a minimum of one
pass within the 20m from own tryline.
