January 15, 2008 Mr. Hawkins, I would like to
take this time to express my appreciation to you
for the exceptional work that you have completed
in my home. To name a few -Remodeled the
bathroom upstairs which included putting in new
walls, new sink and toilet fixtures and
trim. -Fixed my pendulum clock (special kudos for
that) -Put new molding in the master
bedroom -Replaced the on/off switch to the whole
house fan -Hung new ceiling fans in the master
bedroom, and the two other bedrooms as well as
the living room and kitchen -Painted the kitchen
and trim You are tidy and very personable. You
listened to my ideas and expressed your own
