Trade Symposium in November - Seven Charter Members signed in April 2002
- Importers engaged, followed by carriers, brokers,
consolidators, forwarders, and NVOs throughout
the summer and fall of 2002 - Northern border trucks and FAST in January 2003
- Ports and terminals engaged in February 2003
- Southern border trucks and FAST in August 2003
- Foreign manufacturers engaged in August 2003
