MARINE CORPS CAREER COLLEGE PROGRAM

• Where we are now
• -The Marine Corps Career College Program (MCCCP)
  was developed through the collaboration of
  Lifelong Learning and TECOM.
• -MCCCP supports our Marines career and personal
  development by providing a comprehensive degree
  plan and roadmap which maximizes the credit
  earned and awarded for Marine Corps training and
  experience.
• (MOS Related Tracks (Roadmaps) Academic
  Degree Plans)

• Where we are going
• Marine Occupational Fields have been matched with
  existing SOCMAR Degree Networks, member
  institutions and degree/certificate program
  curriculums.
• To provide fingertip knowledge through the
  press of a button by having all of MCCCP
  automated.

CONTRACT STAFFING

• May 2006, Indtai, Inc. was awarded the Lifelong
  Learning contracting services Marine Corps wide.
• Many positions replaced the military conversions
  within Lifelong Learning.
• Over 50 contract education professionals are
  represented throughout the Marine Corps.
• Positions range from Education Specialists,
  Technicians and Clerks.
• This contract has enabled us to provide
  outstanding educational services to Marines and
  their family members.

ASI/CSI

• The Associate and Customer Satisfaction Index
  ASI/CSI) was completed for the General Library
  program in FY 06.
• The Library programs composite score of 87
  indicates that customers are extremely satisfied
  and loyal.
• Librarians have received ASI/CSI training and
  completed individual Action Planning Guides.
• - Planned improvements are being implemented.

LIBRARIES

• The Camp Foster General Library remains the only
  Premier Library in the DoD.
• The Iwakuni and Camp Lejeune Libraries have been
  nominated for Premier Library status.
• To date, the Marine Corps General Libraries are
  in compliance with 99.9 of the DOD Library Core
  Standards.
