• Suggestion Action item responses should be due
  by agenda cut-off date.
• PIT Recommendation Action item responses will
  continue to be due at the OBF general/interim
  meeting however, when possible, participants
  should forward responses to administrator prior
  to agenda cut-off date.

• Suggestion Make data element page templates
  available on LSOP working documents page to
  assist with issue preparation.
• PIT Recommendation Because individual PCs
  reformat the downloaded templates to default
  attributes, the templates do not serve the
  intended purpose. The PIT also felt it is just as
  easy to pull data element pages from existing
  LSOG documentation.

• Suggestion Create an acronym decoder list in
  the 070 Practice, eliminating the need to spell
  out acronyms in each practice.
• PIT Recommendation The PIT proposes to move
  forward with this suggestion. If the committee
  concurs, the PIT will jointly prepare an issue.

• PIT Recommendation The PIT proposes to move
  forward with this suggestion. If the committee
  concurs, a path forward will need to be
  developed. Usage strip removal could be included
  in an existing issue or introduced as a separate,
  jointly-championed issue.

  followed. If the committee concurs, a path
