HOW WILL SILKPLAN PRO 6.X CUSTOMERS MIGRATE TO
THE NEW TM?

• There are three options
• Stop using SilkPlan Pro 6.x and start using the
  new test management
• A migration path might not be necessary for some
  customers
• Continue to use SilkPlan Pro 6.x until Segue
  delivers a full migration path in Q4/04.
• The product will continue to be fully supported
  for an additional 18 months after Q4/04
• Use both products and migrate on a project basis.
• The new test management can be used for new
  projects until full migration is attained.

WHAT DO I SELL TODAY?

• You can continue to sell SilkPlan Pro 6.x until
  the new Test Management has been released.
• You can sell the new Test Management before its
  release date, however
• PO cannot be processed until release date
• Product is still in development
• Marketing material are still being developed
• Beta Programs are scheduled for end of February
  and beginning of March 2004.

AFTER Q1/04?

• Yes, ONLY to existing SilkPlan Pro 6.x customers.
• You CANNOT sell SilkPlan Pro 6.x to new
  customers once the new test management has been

• A new customer is one that does not already own
  SilkPlan Pro 6.x
