Objective

• The 100 efficiency program provides the JCI
  World Headquarters with an assessment of the
  services that each national organization provides
  its members.

Rationale

• The 100 Efficiency is not and award or
  recognition but a certification from the
  Secretary General of the level of administrative
  services a national organization offers its
  members.

• Upload to the JCI website a complete list of its
  Board of Directors and contact information of its
  local organization officers no later than
  December 31 of the preceding year
• Upload to the JCI website a complete list of its
