Together In Faith Success Stories
  • In the Farmington/Southfield Vicariate 4 parishes
merged into one new parish. The transition team
worked with parishioners for more than a year,
and closing and opening liturgies were developed
to help the community express its grief as well
as faith and hope for the new parish.
  • Similar liturgies have been used by other
    parishes that have closed or
    merged, celebrating their history and
    lending dignity to transitioning
    communities.
