1Welcome to New User Registration! During this
section of the web site tour, you will see an
overview of the New User Registration process.
You will learn how to register a new User ID and
Password so you can access online services. To
go to the next page of the tour, click the blue
forward button on the screen with your mouse. Or
press the page up button or press the right
arrow button on your keyboard. To go to the
previous page of the tour, press the page down
button or the left arrow button on your
keyboard. Now lets get started . click the
blue arrow to continue.
2New User Registration From the CUNAMutual.com
home page, click New User Registration.
3New User Registration Or, from the My Services
page, click New User Registration.
4New User Registration On the first page of New
User Registration, you will see the instructions
for the registration process. There are five
easy steps to the process. Click Continue to
begin. Note New User Registration is for Credit
Union staff. This is not the correct place for
Credit Union Members to register for access to
our online services.
5Select Secure Services We have several online
services to help you with your job. Select
services of interest by placing a check mark in
the box next to the online service title. For
more information about a service, click the
question mark icon next to the online service
group heading. Click Continue to go to the next
page of the registration process. Click Cancel
to clear the form.
6Select a Role Roles allows a service to have
different levels of access. note not all
online services have a role. To select your
role, place a check mark in the box next to the
appropriate role for the online service. Click
the question mark icon next to the online service
grouping heading for more information. Click
Continue to go to next registration
page. Click Modify Services to return to the
previous page. Click Cancel to clear the
form.
7Create Your Profile First, type in your
personal profile information. Then, select a
challenge question. Type and retype the correct
response. Next, type in the User ID and Password
you would like to use. Click Continue to go
to next registration page. Click Cancel to
clear the form.
8Select Organization In order for us to connect
your User ID and profile with the correct
organization, you must tell us who you work for.
You can do this on the Organization Search page.
First, select your organization type from the
dropdown list. Then, type in your organization
name. Next, select your state from the drop
down list. Then, click Search. To select
your organization from the search results, click
the radio button next to your organization. Click
Continue.
9My Profile My Job
My Profile My Job Tell us about your work so
that we can better personalize the My Services
page. First, select your level(s) of work at the
credit union. Next, select your area(s) of work
at the credit union. Click Continue to save
your changes. Or, click Cancel to clear the
form.
10New User Registration Confirmation After you
click Continue, the confirmation page will be
displayed. Your account will be active as soon
as a security administrator approves your
requested services. You will receive an approval
email when your request has been completed. Once
you receive this, you will have access to the My
Services page. To continue working, click one
of the tabs.
