NEW YORK ENERGY MARTSM LOAN FUND

• The Loan Fund partners with participating lenders
  to provide reduced interest rate financing on
  energy-efficiency improvements, process
  improvements, green building measures,
  renewable technologies.
• Total cost to purchase and install measures is
  eligible for financing.

• Buy-down interest rate by 6.5, measures
  coincident with summer peak (2.5 more than SBC)
• 70 participating lenders
• Existing buildings, new buildings
• Can be used in combination with other
  incentives/programs
• 1M cap. Additional 500,000 for Green Building
  Measures for buildings that are LEED registered.
