• Need Moderator
• Introduction of each speaker, identification of
  role in project
• Awake, excited, enthusiastic - practice
• Printouts package for reviewers
• Single PC/projector all presentations
• Each presenter must support and revisit overall
  goals of the project
• Need more and better graphics
