- The DEHLG/CCMA Procedures Working Group set up in
2004. - Final Report in 2005 with 22 recommended action
items including - Streamlining of procedures producing Circulars
L1/06 and L7/06. - The PCS to be implemented by all Local
Authorities - The WSNTG to develop the PCS to be a web enabled
tool with a high level reporting functionality.
