Travel Requests

• Eligible students are those who are currently
  enrolled and who have completed at least 6 EdCC
  credits.
• Students must comply with all expectations for
  student conduct while traveling.
• To be considered for funding from the unallocated
  reserve or travel contingency line item, a Travel
  Request packet must be submitted to the ASEdCC
  Executive Board for review and decision at least
  10 working days prior to the date of departure.
• The ASEdCC Executive Board meets once a week
  during fall, winter and spring quarters.
• The travel packet requires the names and
  enrollment status of each student wishing to
  travel.
• The advisor must sign the travel packet
• The club advisor must attend the entire duration
  of club travel activities.
• Funding may not be used for staff or faculty,
  with the exception of a club advisor traveling
  with the club to the subsidized activity.
• Upon completion of travel, a written report must
  be submitted to the ASEdCC Executive Board within
  15 working days.
