How to enroll
SmartCash

• Completely fill out authorization form
• Fax form to HR 7 at 214-951-0845 to be submitted
• Once you receive your card you must activate and
  also notify HR 7 at 214-905-5006
• On the following pay cycle your money will then
  be deposited to your SmartCash card
