• Administrative Levels
• 12-month employees 1 through 3 yrs - 5 hours
  accrual rate per pay period
• To a maximum of 120 hours (15 work days)
• After 3 full years - 6.67 hours per pay period
• To a maximum of 160 hours ( 20 work days)

• Full-time Hourly Employees
• 12-month employees 1 through 3 yrs 3.33 hours
  accrual rate per pay period (10 days)
• 4 through 7 full years 5.00 hours per pay
  period (15 days)
• After 7 years 6.67 hours per pay period (20
  days)

• Executive Officers - President VPs
• Vacation is accrued at a rate of 6.67 hours per
  pay period.
• To a maximum of 160 hours ( 20 work days)
