Tobacco Policy

environment for all employees and to encourage a
healthy lifestyle to help reduce health risks.
Employees who do not smoke MUST not be exposed to
tobacco smoke. To this end, one goal should be to
become totally non- smoking at site.

Your Pay A crossed check will be
given to you if your salary is or above Rs.
5000/-. Vacations A fulltime
employee is entitled to get 20 paid annual leaves
(inclusive of sick leaves and exclusive of
Sundays) in a year.

ESOLPK (Pvt.) Ltd. is following the pattern of
holidays that is set by the Government of
Pakistan These holidays are paid and are excluded
from the annual leave quota. The schedule of the

Training Educational Assistance
Training ESOLPK (Pvt.) Ltd. is following the
policy to train the new as well as existing
employees if it is required. The company designs
the training programs by matching current
deficiency levels.

• It will be our pleasure to help you in financing
  for advance studies. In this regard if you are
  willing to get higher education, short courses,
  seminars, training workshops etc, you have to
  submit a short report to the management (routed
  through your manager/supervisor) about your
  plans, description of studies you want to pursue,
  period of study and the approximate cost.
• If your plan proves to be valid then management
  will decide about
• _ Whether the expense should get reimbursed
  fully or a portion of it.
• _ What period of time you should get for the
  studies
• _ It is to remember that
• _ You cannot claim educational assistance as
  your right.
• _ The reimbursement of expenses totally
  depends upon your
• performance in the studies.
