• Location
• central part of
• North-Eastern Bulgaria
• natural crossroad of important road arteries,
  connecting Central Europe with the Black Sea and
  Asia
• Razgrad is 136 km away from the Black Sea Coast
  and 64 km from the Danube River.

  special Resolution defines

  rent and sales of municipal property in
  accordance with the Law for the Municipal
  property
• Revenues from fines, interests and forfeits
