defined by the US Department of Labor as jobs in
which fewer than 25 of the workers are female.

- The purpose of the State NTO Tool Kit is to
guide each of Wisconsins Service Delivery Areas
and Job Centers through a planning and
implementation process to integrate a
nontraditional focus into ALL Job Center
functions This will mean that information about
nontraditional training and employment is
systematically presented to 100 of the women
served by the Job Center.
