  • Find a Way to meet the needs of Students, Staff,
    Administrators, and Co-workers.

    What More Can I Do? Involving our Operations

Operations Staff Advisory Committee
  • The charge of the Operations Staff Advisory
    Committee will be to foster an improvement in
    cross-departmental communication, further joint
    problem solving, identify more efficient ways of
    performing our responsibilities, and identify
    opportunities to improve our customer service.
  • The committee will be made up of volunteers from
    each Operations department
  • Will meet 4 times a year (September, December,
    March, June)
  • The committee will communicate directly with the
    Assistant Superintendent for Operations

  • Organizations work best when they can depend on
    individual contributors who have the vision to go
    beyond problem spotting to problem solving.

Transportation
  • Our buses traveled over 2.6 million miles and we
    had only 3 accidents
  • Our mechanics maintained over 188 vehicles a
    311 Ratio

Technology
  • The Instructional Technology Standard (ITS) was
    installed at Warhill and Matoaka
  • Received Department of Education approval of our
    5-year Educational Plan

  • Matthew Whaley staff achieved a 100 satisfaction
    rating on building cleanliness!
  • Implemented recognition programs for students who
    demonstrate care for their building

  • This years compliance on Critical items was
    99.1 (10/1010)
  • This years compliance on Non-Critical items was
    99.66 (35/10185)
