1IS JESUS AT HOME IN YOUR HEART? EPH. 314-21
2EPH.314-21
- 14For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father
of our Lord Jesus Christ, 15Of whom the whole
family in heaven and earth is named, 16That he
would grant you, according to the riches of his
glory, to be strengthened with might by his
Spirit in the inner man 17That Christ may dwell
in your hearts by faith that ye, being rooted
and grounded in love, 18May be able to comprehend
with all saints what is the breadth, and length,
and depth, and height 19And to know the love of
Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be
filled with all the fulness of God. 20Now unto
him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above
all that we ask or think, according to the power
that worketh in us, 21Unto him be glory in the
church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world
without end. Amen.

the day 2And he lift up his eyes and looked,
and, lo, three men stood by him and when he saw
them, he ran to meet them from the tent door, and
bowed himself toward the ground, 3And said, My
Lord, if now I have found favour in thy sight,
pass not away, I pray thee, from thy servant
4Let a little water, I pray you, be fetched, and
wash your feet, and rest yourselves under the
tree 5And I will fetch a morsel of bread, and
comfort ye your hearts after that ye shall pass
on for therefore are ye come to your servant.
And they said, So do, as thou hast said. 6And
Abraham hastened into the tent unto Sarah, and
said, Make ready quickly three measures of fine
meal, knead it, and make cakes upon the hearth.
7And Abraham ran unto the herd, and fetcht a calf
tender and good, and gave it unto a young man
and he hasted to dress it. 8And he took butter,
and milk, and the calf which he had dressed, and
set it before them and he stood by them under
the tree, and they did eat.

- The life of a Christian is like a house.
- In the library of the mind Jesus finds all sorts
of wicked and worthless thoughts, throws them out
and replaces Them with virtues. - In the dining room of desire he finds many sins
and replaces them with virtues. - In the closet He sweeps out hidden sins and
replaces them with holiness. - Only when Jesus has cleaned every room, closet
and corner can he settle down and be at home.
