Vote on Constitutional Changes

• Elections would be held during a spring semester
  meeting rather than during the April meeting
• Vice President will be in charge of elections
  instead of faculty advisor
• Added section allowing web and 4th year student
  members to vote by proxy, email or fax as
  determined by the Vice President
• Any changes that require 60 of the members to be
  present would now not include the web and 4th
  year student members since they're off campus
• Expanded duties of President, Vice President and
  Secretary
