    in-house development, and this program is used
    for Microsoft. This program has acquired over
    38.85 billion

  • Process design is expensive and difficult.
  • Training new management, which not only is very
    difficult but it is costly.
  • Many companies that use this system sometimes
    fail and even worse loose all finances spent on
    this program, which can lead to bankruptcy.
  • Even worse, at times the outcome is uncertain.
