1514 Auto-fill grade
All teachers may use auto fill grade entry to
enter grades through the assignment editor.
Specialists may use auto fill feature to enter
behavior grades. (p. 37)
1615 Class Roster
This can be generated by clicking the Export
Roster link on the Main Gradebook page. This
roster can be imported into Excel. (p. 38)
1716 Timed-Out
Users will be logged out after 15 minutes of
inactivity. (p. 3)
1817 Sign out
Be sure to click on the Sign Out button when
exiting the Gradebook. Clicking on the X of the
browser window will not prompt you to save
changes. (p. 3)
1918 Verification
Teachers can unverify their own gradebook until
an administrator verifies the school. Review
school verification and report card procedures.

2019 Update
Click the update button each time you enter
grades. After a few minutes of inactivity click
the update button before you continue entering
grades again to make sure your session is active.

2120 Configure Progress Reports
Be sure to configure progress report options to
include teacher conference time and phone number

2221 Report Cards
Report cards are static PDF documents and will
not reflect changes made in the gradebook until
the administrator regenerates report cards again
after changes have been made in the gradebook.

sort key to determine the order in which students

Teachers can set up custom fields to keep track
