• The Council has created a monthly newsletter
  which will be distributed with the monthly school
  newsletter
• Last year 5 news letters went out.
• We are looking for feedback on its effectiveness
  and suggestions to improve

Family Fee 2004/05

• To involve the children in this initiative, we
  have decided to structure the fundraising into a
  weeklong campaign that will begin Monday October
  18, 2004 to Friday, October 22, 2004.
• The names of the children who have returned their
  Family Fee forms will be entered in daily draws
  to be held during the week of the campaign.
• Several families have already contributed their
  Family Fee for this year and will be
  automatically included in the first draw to be
  held on Monday, October 18, 2004.
• Even if you are unable to contribute as per the
  fee structure outlined below, please consider
  another amount. Regardless, please return the
  form below so your child(ren) can be included in
  the draws.

Fundraising with Canadian Tire Money Dominion
Register Tapes

• Council has created a box in the school to
  collect Canadian Tire money
• Each month the monies collected will be reported
  and the funds allocated for events such as the
  picnic and raffles

Please remember to contribute to the CT box
bring in your Dominion receipts! We will all reap
the benefits!!!

Room Parent - Roles

• Responsibilities of a St. Anselm Room Parent
•   Representing class parents at CSAC parent
  meetings
• Assisting teacher with arranging parent
  volunteers when needed for the classroom, field
  trips, school events, etc.
• Coordinating one designated school event by your
  team or a parent volunteer from your class
  list 
• Disseminating information to parent community
