    health, energy level, creativity and feelings of
    joy are supported
  • Asking for what you want and feeling worthy of
    receiving a life of balance, harmony and
    connection

    ability to say no to anything that is not
    honoring to you
  • Taking the time and space you need to awaken to
    your dreams and passions
  • Creating a support system of others around you
    that also value and honor you. This includes your
    friends, co-workers, boss, spouse or dating
    partner, physicians and other health care
    practitioners, any other professionals you may
    use in your life
  • Appreciating others for their unique way of
    expressing their love
