receiving a life of balance, harmony and

ability to say no to anything that is not
honoring to you - Taking the time and space you need to awaken to
your dreams and passions - Creating a support system of others around you
that also value and honor you. This includes your

partner, physicians and other health care
practitioners, any other professionals you may
use in your life - Appreciating others for their unique way of
expressing their love
