Stanford Calendar Its coming!

• Migration WeekendJuly 4thIndependence Day
• Sundial data will be migrated to the new Stanford
  Calendar
• Webmail will be available throughout the
  conversion.
• Sundial will be available throughout the
  conversion
• Make sure access rights in Sundial are set
  exactly the way you want them, by June 24th (for
  more information visit emailcalendar.stanford.edu
  checklist).
• Please do not make changes to your Stanford
  calendar during the migration weekend.
• Sundial changes made after 5pm on July 1st will
  NOT be migrated to the Stanford Calendar.
• If you are already using Stanford Calendar,
  Sundial data will be added to it.

What will be migrated?

• Meetings
• Past, present, and future meetings will be
  migrated
• All Day Events, Daily Notes
• Meetings may be divided to three calendars
  Calendar, Confidential, and Personal
• Locations and Resources
• Resource names will be updated to their new
  Stanford Calendar resource name
• New Contact information available
• Tasks
• Tasks tab shows your Sundial tasks
• Centrally managed groups
• converted to Distribution Lists
  ZimletDistribution List Scheduler
• Sundial Contacts and Private GroupsNOT migrated
