We, at Intex are committed to providing our
customers and prospects with technologically
advanced products and efficient services that
meet or surpass their expectations or
requirements in terms of value for money. We
shall achieve this through a continual process of
improvement of our quality management systems
which includes, ? Processes to increase our
internal knowledge base, enabling us to keep in
pace with technology developments pertaining to
our product designs and applications, ?
Techniques for evaluation of products, sub
assemblies, components and vendors and ? Systems
for quality control of products and services at
all points in the supply and manufacturing
chain. All these activities shall be further
strengthened by training inputs for employees and
channel partners on product knowledge, technology
and soft skills. We strongly believe that the
driving force behind all this shall be the
motivation of our employees to deliver their best
to both internal and external customers.

  • The manufacturing facility is based at Jammu,
    Bari Bhramana spread on 80,000 Sq. Ft of Land in
    which 30,000 Sq. Ft is built up area.
  • Commercial production started in March, 2004. It
    enjoys income tax, sales tax and excise tax
    exemptions
  • This modern facility manufactures some computer
    multi-media speaker units speakers that are
    sold under the INTEX brand.
  • Certified as ISO 14000 2004 EMS unit.
  • We have a manpower of more than 300.

Kipav Industries
  • Kipav has been formed for the purpose of setting
    up a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit at
    Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, where it enjoys excise
    and income tax benefits
  • The locational advantage of this unit and the
    statutory benefits available for a period of 10
    years commencing FY 06-07 were some of the
    motivating factors to set up another
    manufacturing base.
  • The group has acquired Industrial land of 5000 sq
    mts.

Kipav Industries
  • Pending construction of the factory at Baddi, we
    have commenced production at a unit in Nalagarh
  •  This unit commissioned on April 3, 2007 and is
    producing op Desktop PCs and some models of
    computer multimedia speakers.
  • Spread over a production area of 32,000 sq ft,
    the unit currently has a team of 70 employees to
    look after the production operations.
