Terms Conditions of Booking

• All bookings are on a first come first served
  basis
• We cannot guarantee that all guests will be
  seated on the same table, however they will be
  kept together.
• All discounts, special rates, competition prizes
  etc are not eligible for use during the festive
  period.
• All bookings are subject to a 50 deposit/booking
  fee of which will be redeemed against your bill
  on the night. This deposit/booking fee is non
  refundable.
• The remaining 50 is due no later than 31st
  October 2007.
• Accommodation rates may alter between now and
  December, therefore it is advisable to book
  early.
• All themed events including Christmas and New
  Years Eve are licensed until 1am. All other
  events are licensed until midnight.
• Both function rooms are available for private
  hire, subject to availability at an additional
  cost.
• All bookers will receive booking details via post
  of which need to be signed and returned for
  completion.
