Data security

• All vital data are stored in secured
  files/folders in our server. The access to this
  information is given only to individuals who are
  authorized to use.
• All our executive and managers who have access to
  sensitive client information are those who have
  signed confidentiality agreement with VServe
  solution.
• No floppy and CD are installed in employee
  workstations, to avoid unauthorized copying of
  sensitive or confidential data.
• No employee is to bring to work any unauthorized
  data storage device such as USB memory keys,
  external plug-in storage media such as hard disk
  drives, 'Zip' drives, or CD burners.

• All outgoing emails are to be logged and copies
  are to be kept
• All staffs are trained on privacy, security and
  confidentiality of client information.
• All employees must carry photo IDs
• All areas are monitored by closed-circuit
  television cameras.
• All employees undergo an information security
  awareness and training program with periodic
  refresher programs to sustain information
  security awareness

Data Security

• All client records - electronic - of Information
  sent by the Client will be destroyed after the
  limited period of storage.
• If warranty claims exist, then company shall
  destroy all records within seven (7) days of
  claim resolution.
• All visitors are authorized, register at the
  reception area, and be escorted in access
  controlled areas of specific operations and
  administrative procedures.
