  • Hotel
  • Check-in and check-out dates and location will be
    based on your Home page entries.
  • BV preferred hotels (within 40 miles) can be
    viewed when selecting Negotiated Properties
    search.
  • You may choose to search for other properties by
    proximity to an airport location, BV reference
    point, Zip Code, or Address or City in the USA,
    Canada, Mexico or the Caribbean.
  • Sort using the Sort By links.
  • Choose the hotel and room rate using the Select
    button.
  • Additional hotels can be added on the Review
    Trip page using the Add to your Trip area.
  • ARRANGING TRAVEL FOR OTHERS
  • For Travel Arrangers
  • Access Travel Arranger Quick Reference Guide for
    detailed information.
  • For Travelers
  • To assign an arranger, access Profile and select
    My Arrangers at the bottom of the page.
  • Complete the Travel Arranger Permissions section
    to allow/deny arranger self-designation and/or
    changes to your account.
  • Click Add a Travel Arranger, enter the arrangers
    first and last name, and click Search.
  • Click Add to the right of the corresponding
    arranger on the next screen.

ACCESSING THE SITE ?NET Travel is Black
Veatchs on-line reservation site for business
travel. To access the site, point your Web
browser to http//bvinettravel.com. Click Sign In.
  • Rental Car
  • Pick-up and return dates and location will be
    based on your Home page entries.
  • Click Express Booking to quickly reserve an Avis
    car otherwise, click Search Now.
  • Choose a car clicking the Price link.
  • Additional cars can be added on the Review Trip
    page using the Add to your Trip area.
  • LOGGING IN
  • In the User Name field, enter your user id
    bvØ (employee number.)
  • In the Password field, enter your password Use
    corpt for initial entry then change to your
    secure, private password.
  • Click Log In located in the bottom right-hand
    corner.
  • Once signed in, update Profile to set your travel
    and arranger preferences before making a
    reservation. Set your Forgotten Password
    reminder.

  • Online Help
  • To access online Help, click Help on the site
    navigation bar on any page.
  • Other Assistance
  • Call the Site Administrator at 913-458-2674 or
    e-mail iNET Travel_at_bv.com with questions.
  • CONFIRMING RESERVATIONS
  • Modify or Remove any itinerary options on the
    Review and Modify Trip page as necessary and
    when ready select Continue with Reservation.
  • Verify the information on the Traveler
    Information page and select Continue with
    Reservation.
  • Review the information on the Billing Information
    page, enter the project and phase, and select
    Purchase Trip.
  • Print a copy of the Reservation Complete page
  • A preliminary e-mail will be sent to you by the
    site when the reservation is submitted.
  • Travel does not require approvalhowever, if the
    trip does not comply with BV Travel Policy, you
    will receive an e-mail indicating that a
    notification regarding your trip has been sent to
    your Department Head.
  • An electronic invoice will be sent to you by the
    Travel Department when the reservation is
    reviewed and ticketed, if applicable.
  • ACCESSING PREVIOUS RESERVATIONS
  • Click Trips on the site navigation bar to access
    your current or past dated trips.
  • Click Select to the right of the reservation you
    want to view.
  • You can completely cancel any reservation. Cars
    and hotels may be changed as well.
  • Call 913-458-2674, option 1 or e-mail Travel
    Domestic - KC to change reservations.
  • RESERVING TRIPS
  • From the Home page
  • Indicate if you will need flight, train, hotel or
    car reservations as appropriate.
  • Enter your Trip Details along with remaining
    information on the page.
  • Click Begin Search.
  • USING TRIP TEMPLATES
  • Trip Templates can be created at the right of the
    Review Trip, Passenger Information, Billing
    Information or Reservation Complete pages to
    quickly reserve repeat trips.
  • To use a Trip Template, access it from
    Templates on the site navigation bar, enter new
    dates and click Price.
  • Trip Templates may also be used to duplicate a
    trip for another traveler when an airfare is no
    longer available.
  • Air
  • Sort options using the column headers and make
    your selections.
  • For air, choose your departing and ongoing or
    returning flight options using the Select button,
    then choose from alternative Low Price Options
    using the Select button, if applicable.
  • If your selected itinerary is not compliant with
    company travel policy, a message will be
    displayed and you should complete information as
    directed or go back make another selection.
  • Choose a seat for each flight option when
    prompted.
