Year 5 camp
Finally when everybody from North Road and
Rangeworthy were in the minibus everyone was
buzzing with excitement, telling jokes, talking,
laughing and mainly a pleasure to be with when
we arrived at the Robert Jeffery Center. The
instructors Joe and crazy Keith led us into the
dining room. Joe told us were to put our stuff
from the suit cases and bags which was in our
dormitory under the bed in this very nice
wardrobe. After everyone had done that we got
back in the minibus and off we went again they
wouldn't tell us what we were doing till we got
there First we played gutter ball and these were
the rules each team had to get a tennis ball
and we all had a piece of gutter each and we had
to use the gutter to get the ball in the bucket
and then we

got a rope and made it into a circle and they put
plates in the circle that had numbers on them we
each had a number.One of us had to wear a blind
fold three of our team had to tie there legs
together and of our team had to sprint in and two
2s were tied together when it was are number we
had to run in and touch the plate with are number
on it who ever got all the plates before the
other won, we won in the end.Afterwards we went
back to the center to get ready to climb the
Bloringe. Soon after we were in the minibus and
ready to go when crazy Keith found the right spot
to park the minibus. He made us get our water
proofs on and we set off we managed to get to the
top when sure enough everyone was dirty

and then a short while later we were exhausted
wet proud and back in the minibus. A short while
later we arrived at camp we were very hungry so
for starters we had leek soup and for dinner we
had spaghetti bolognaise and last but not least
we had apple crumple for pudding then we all got
our pajamas on brushed our teeth washed our
selves and were ready for bed so my dormitory was
me, Josh,Tom and Ronan so we got into bed and we
soon drifted off . The next morning everybody had
recaptured that feeling we had on the bus on the
way to Abergavenny because we were going down a
waterfall. But first we needed breakfast I had
beans, egg, sausage and toast when we finished
we got in the minibus ready for are next
adventure. When we arrived at our destination all
you could see was hills hills and hills around
us. Crazy Keith told us we were walking through

a one kilometer tunnel. When we were halfway
through the tunnel you could close your eyes and
then open them and it looked the same. When we
got to the end of the tunnel we had lunch. Then
we needed to get back in the minibus and head
towards the waterfall when we first looked at the
water we had to battle through the water and
into the first waterfall. They challenged us to
go under the waterfall touch the end of it and
then come back. I done it myself and helped other
people who weren't sure. Then we had to go down a
waterfall I went four times and persuaded
somebody else to go down. I was happy very very
happy about that . Then we got changed and back
in the minibus then when we got back we had to
pack. I packed quickly and managed to pack half
of Josh's and Ronans stuff including sleeping
bags. And then

we put all are suitcases and bags in the trailer.
And then we started a tired but happy journey
home when we got home everybody was happy
although are adventure had just finished.
