19The next stages
- School
- Proposal has been presented to School along with
potential School benefits detail to be
developed - Highways
- Identified that Site Wide Travel Plan required.
Transport Planning Consultant appointed - Planning
- Initial consultation taken place. Supportive of
proposal - would welcome a contemporary solution
- Condition of existing building survey ongoing
but not invasive - maintain contingency levels
- Programme delay will add to cost plus phasing
needs to be considered - assess whether phasing is really needed and plan
for alternative venues during construction
20The PDC .. A good quality robust and feasible
option offering a range of flexible training
spaces with good support spaces and the potential
to accommodate the CLC and other services
