Anatomy of a Window
  • desktop contents of your computer screen

Using right-click menus
  • You can copy, cut, and paste by selecting these
    commands from the right-click menu when you are
    over a file or folder.

Selecting multiple files to move or copy
  • Click the first file you wish to select
  • Press and hold the Control key while you click on
    any other file you wish to select.
  • This technique works for files that are not in a
    row
  • To select files that are in a row (contiguous),
    select the first file, hold the Shift key while
    you select the last file in the group. All files
    in between will also be selected.
