• Usage
• Heat the full pack in very hot water for 5-10
  minutes, shake it and use it directly after
  cooling it to suitable temperature.
• Apply mud layer gently all over the body or onto
  specific area.
• Leave for 30 minutes to dry.
• Wash off with warm water without using any
  shampoo or soap.
• Use 2-3 times weekly for 4-6 weeks, then use it
  once a week. Dont use on injured skin.
