Staff Recommendation

• Staff recommends that the Commission grant
  Intervenor status to all parties requesting such
  status in the proceedings for the proposed
  Redington Wind Farm, Zoning Petition ZP 702,
  submitted by Maine Mountain Power, LLC.
• Staff further recommends that the Intervenors be
  consolidated to the greatest extent possible.
