Business Opportunities of 2008
  • Barling Bay Entered into the Transition Phase of
    the SBA Program in June 2008
  • Strategic planning and significant efforts are
    being exercised toward reaching the SBA
    requirements of total revenues for non-8(a)
    sales now through 2013, where we are formulating
    strategies to potentially leverage across the
    OHNC commercial relationships and vertical
    industries to credibly reach our required
    non-8(a) sales revenue percentages
