Pails
  • New Sun Rich pails are Pre-printed for Fruit
    Salad
  • Pail is printed so that all the product
    specific information is on 1 panel
  • This product specific area will be
    over-stickered for the small volume items like
    OS, GS, PC, RCS
  • This lets us have the look of a printed pail
    for all items, while saving costs

Bag
  • The bag inside will be regular poly bag and
    fastened with a PLASTIC TWIST TIE
  • New rigid plastic twist tie (no
    metal wire)
  • ETA Corona has machine - VA and TO 3
    4 weeks
  • No more tipper tie or heat seal

Lids
  • For 14 lb Lids are 2 gal GASKET LIDS with
    tear-tab
  • For 32 lb Ropak lids are normal 4 gal gasket
    tear-tab
  • For 32 lb IPL lids are normal snap on
  • Lids are available in Sun Rich Orange, Sysco
    Blue, and Markon Green.

    Brokers already
  • Extreme Makeover information campaign has been
    executed targeting brokers (old pail wrapped in
    CAUTION barrier tape)
  • Customer specific memos have been sent to RSMs
    and Brokers for the Sysco and Markon buyers.

Nov 1 Start Date
  • NOV 1 is when the new price lists go into effect
    with the 14 lb. All customers have this price
    list.
  • Any order with a ship date on or after Nov 1,
    will be the 14 lb pail / 32lb.
  • This is important to inform your Order Desk

  • New UPC / SCC codes exist for all items and are
    in the system. Please use these Nov 1

  • Stickers will be placed on each pail from 19
    October 31 October advising the end user of new
    packaging

    before the launch date November 1st
