• Length 150 Feet
• Width 25 Feet
• This walk area is used for visiting with
  family. We would like to see the ditch running
  down the middle covered up picnic tables and
  flowers added. There is no roof to shelter the
  women and children as they visit, a canopy would
  be nice.

Inside the Learning Resource Center

The Learning Resource Center will be renovated in
the coming months. We are seeking desks, chairs
and bulletin boards to help make this area ready
for classes. We have a qualified Afghan teacher
but no means to pay her a salary.
Part of this building will be used as a clinic
for the women and we are in need of an examining
table and cabinets for supplies.

The yard area is in need of leveling with the
addition of grass and gravel around the well area.

• The yard area is where the women gather to do
  their laundry, collect their water from the well,
  visit and sleep during the hot summer months.
  This area is in need of a makeover. A play area
  sectioned off for the children would be nice
  along with some picnic tables and chairs. The
  length of this area is about 225 feet with a
  width of 65 feet.
