    included in the Annual Learning Gains component
    of grade
  • Students with disabilities (all)
  • LEP students (regardless of years in ESOL)

Deductions to School Grade
  • Schools who earned a grade of C or higher
  • but do not make adequate progress with lowest
    25 of students in reading
  • must prepare a School Improvement Plan to
    address this critical need.

Deductions to School Grade
  • If adequate progress is not demonstrated in one
    of the last two years, the final grade is reduced
    by one letter grade.
