  • Provide Descriptions of Zoning (C-2,
    I-1,etcthese definitions vary from location to
    location
  • Good Use of Overlay Maps to Depict Location of
    Utilities. It is clear and easy to understand.
  • Liked the tables for demographic and labor force
    characteristics
  • Be sure to include Table of Contents
  • Good Testimonial from other plant managers
  • Include more collateral materials to sell
    community assets
  • Good idea to mention alternate site (have all
    information ready for a back-up in case of site
    visit)

  • Dont assume we know how TIF works, be more
