You must cancel your ticket before your flights
departure. If you dont qualify for a refund, you
are allowed to cancel your reservation and use
the equivalent of its value toward future
travel. If you purchased your ticket from a third
party such as a travel agent or online website
like Skyscanner/Expedia, you must contact them
directly to process your cancellation
request. Cash purchases will be refunded within
20 business days and credit card purchases will
be processed within 7 business days but can take
up to 14 days to reflect in your account.

Alaska Airlines 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
You may cancel any flight ticket in line with
Alaska Airlines' 24-hour cancellation policy as
provided as your departure time is more than 24
hours away. Understand that the 24-hour
cancellation policy only applies to tickets
reserved for flights that travel more than 24
hours just after date of purchase. If you chose
not to purchase a ticket less than 24 hours
before departure, there is a cancellation
fee. The refund will be returned to the original
payment method if you made the purchase with a
credit card, the credit will be applied to that
card.
