Introduction

• Achyut Labs presents the Pratham product, a
  retail chain solution which claims to be the best
  in class. It has an end-to-end solution that
  intends to serve any retail chain that includes
  Point of Sale (POS) for services and products,
  administration of all stores, sales reports,
  customers and employee management.
• It also includes the booking system for certain
  services for barber stores. The product is highly
  customized for Barber store chains across the
  world which includes e-commerce solutions.

Entity/Users

• Customer
• Customers can book appointments to any store from
  the list. The customer can choose available slots
  for that store, and booking notifications and
  calendars will be updated accordingly.
• Customers have dedicated screens and dashboards
  on their login to see transaction history,
  booking, and other purchased products.
• Customer can see their rewards, offers, coupons,
  vouchers, and other royalties in their accounts
  and get notified by email.
• Admin
• Admin can manage all the users and employees and
  see all the dashboards.
• Admin has full access to add/modify any reward,
  offer, advertise, product, inventory, and
  transaction.
• Admin can watch all the stores' performance and
  compare other stores with the dedicated
  dashboard.
• Admin can change shift timing and details and
  notify barbers.

Entity/Users

• Salesperson / Agent / Store Operator
• System has different screens for every barber who
  deals and delivers to the customers.
• POS records all the transaction invoices of each
  barber.
• The system shows the end of the day, end of the
  week, end of the month, end of the year, or
  different periods of total income and transaction
  for each barber.
• The system keeps a log of sign-in and sign-out
  records for Barbers.
• After completion of the transaction, changes are
  not allowed for Barbers.
• Barbers have a dedicated calendar to see their
  store plan and bookings.
