- Direct observation or Test of Spoken English

13SACs Credentials
- AA20a Form is used when hiring a candidate with
the appropriate degree in the discipline. Please
include the highest degree, code and total
credit hours in the discipline. - Associate Dean, Terry J. Frederick signs this

14SACs Credentials
- AA20b Form is used to qualify a candidate by
other. The department chair must include a
convincing statement that proves the candidate is
best qualified by either 5, 10, 15 years of
highly skilled experience and that he/she has
successfully completed coursework related in the
field. Please provide a list of courses that
qualifies them to teach, and a list of courses
that they are expected to teach in the

missing recommendations must be received 30 days
prior to the end of the semester in order to
finalize the hire.
