ABOUT UNIVERSITY
In the year 2011, Galgotias University was
founded. It is among the top-level ranking
universities. Moreover, it is in Greater Noida,
UP India, Galgotiyas is fully Government
recognized. Additionally, it is approved by the
State Government of Uttar Pradesh. Besides that,
Galgotias has got approval and recognition from
various regulatory organizations. For instance,
the University Grant Commission (UGC), Bar
Council of India (BCI), Indian Nursing Council,
National Council for Teacher Education, All India
Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Council
of Architecture, and Pharmacy Council of India
have approved it.

HISTORY
Since its establishment, the university has
excelled in making its name synonymous with
quality education. Above all, by design, learning
at Galgotias is cross-disciplinary. It also gives
an integrative experience. The Students are
encouraged to experience freedom, flexibility
along with all-around learning in their academic
programs. The then Honourable Chief Minister of
Gujarat, Shree Narendra Modi, conferred DQ ICT
2013 award to the Chancellor and the
Vice-chancellor of Galgotias University on 20
January 2014.

  audio-visual equipment for enhancing the focus
  and day-to-day learning experience.
• The state-of-art campus is enormous. In fact, it
  has an area of 52 acres.

LATEST NEWS/ UPDATE

• Galgotias University is now inviting applications
  for admissions in BBA 2021-24 academic sessions.
  The applicant also needs to pay the application
  fee of INR 1100. Moreover, the admission to the
  BBA program is based on marks obtained in 102.
  Additionally, the total percentage required for
  admission is 60 in class 12.
• 20 April 2021 In fact, after the announcement of
  lockdown, Galgotiyas was among the first
  universities to adapt to the Covid-19. The
  faculty continued teaching through zoom, Webex,
  etc. Owing to that, Galgotiya students are
  maintaining an edge in pandemic times.
• 3 April 2020 Galgotias University started its
  online classes on 18 March 2010. Responding to
  the mayhem caused by the Covid-19 virus, the
  university brought its lectures online.
• In September 2016, the then Chief Minister of
  Uttar Pradesh, Mr. Akhilesh Yadav, awarded
  Galgotias University for the excellent placements
  and noteworthy performance.
• February 2014, the then Chief Minister of
  Gujarat, Mr. Narendra Modi, also awarded the
  Galgotias University for its various
  international linkages and excellence in the
  field of academics.
