• In this interactive program viewers respond to 36
  propositions relating to current political
  issues. Using the web or telephone, viewers can
  find out how their own positions correspond to
  the Respective parties platforms.
• Testa ditt val is politics served up in a playful
  and engaging fashion, based on non-partisan
  information about the issues of the day and the
  parties positions on those issues.

Toppkandidaterna - The candidates(12 x 30 min)

• Toppkandidaterna - The candidates - is a reality
  series in which seven young people compete to
  win support for their cause. In the various
  segments they will be perform tasks, be coached,
  and take part in confrontations and meetings.
  Their objective to pilot an idea or cause
  through the political process, mustering support
  for it through a combination of knowledgeable
  argumentation, personal integrity and
• enthusiasm. The candidates will also be
  exposed to the various democratic institutions
  with all their strengths and weaknesses.
• The program is a classical docu-soap, involving
  relationships and emotions as well as practical
  exercises and debates arranged by the producers.

  night party, in
• the course of which the winner will be chosen
  and rewarded.

Folkvald Elected by the people(7 x 30 min)

• Folkvald follows an MP from one of the seven
  parties out into the real world as he/she tries
  to solve a problem created by a policy he/she
  supported. The aim is to create an entertaining
  forum in which the perspectives of politicians
  and the electorate, respectively, meet head on.
• The program offers viewers knowledge and insights
  that will help them form an opinion about the
  workings of modern-day democracy.

  11 districts. In total 66 episodes.
• The final Reagera, the day after the election,
  will follow up the outcome. Using the latest in
  interactive technology, Reagera will allow
  viewers to participate directly in live telecast
  debates.

• A one-on-one debate between the Prime Minister
  and the leader of the largest Opposition party,
  moderated by the program host Held before an
  invited audience, the duel is transmitted live.

  to salient current events and campaign issues.
• The program aims to clarify the policy
  differences between the current Government and
  the Opposition.

Slutdebatten The Final Debate(1 x 120 min)

• The leaders of the seven parties represented in
  Parliament meet for a final campaign debate.
  The debate, which takes place before an invited
  audience, is broadcast live.
• The debate highlights the principal issues of the
  campaign with particular emphasis on the points
  of difference between the parties in order to
  help undecided voters make their choice.
• The debate traditionally represents the
  campaigns Grand finale. The moderators see to
  it that the party leaders are allotted equal time
  
• but without stopwatch in hand.

Utfrågningen(7 x 60 min)

• Utfrågningen is a series of live interviews with
  each of the party leaders. The programs examine
  the parties platforms and the background and
  rationales underlying their policies.
• The aim is to clarify the alternatives voters
  have to choose from. The issues raised are
  selected on the basis of journalistic criteria.

• SVT strives to offer the best, most up-to-date
  and accurate information about the election
  returns and prognoses on both national and local
  levels.
• Interviews from the parties election night
  convocations, invited commentators and our exit
  poll contribute to the quality of our
  post-election analyses.
• Our election night coverage is aired on SVT1,
  with continuous feeds of local news from our 11
  district offices. The latest developments are
  also available through continuous updates on our
  web site, teletext, SMS, special programs in
  Finnish, and signed newscasts.
