- Tips on the list included

- 1. Take your Vitamin C. Youll find yourself
sick all the time but it will give new meaning to
the phrase, sick of your job. - 2. Stock up on antibacterial waterless hand soap
and disinfectant sprays. See tip number one.

- 3. Children are brutally honest. They believe
they are doing you a favor when they announce to
the class that your shirt or pants are
unbuttoned. - 4. Invest in good comfortable shoes.This is no
time to be suffering for fashion.

at a time. This probably isnt something you
learned in any of your education courses but its

- The best way to get control of your classroom
and keep it there is by making sure that
learning is fun, interesting, and relevant to
your students. Good planning helps, but when it
seems like even the best lesson plans arent
working, consider these tips from veteran
teachers

- 1. Make sure all students can easily see you.
- 2. Make sure you can see all your students.
- 3. Keep moving.

- 4. Seat students needing extra help or attention
close to the front of the room. - 5. Avoid down time.
- 6. Keep in mind potential distractions.
- 7. Write big!

for behavior. - 9. Make sure students AND parents know your
discipline standards and the consequences when
rules are broken. - 10. Treat students with the same respect you
