Educational Reform
  • 1996 Act on VET and AE
  • Employers, unions and representatives of
    education were responsible for designing the
    Qualification structure
  • Ministry of education only approves
  • Colleges responsible for the curriculum
  • Colleges merged to larger institutions with a
    complete offer in programmes all programmes for
    all students just around the corner
