    website may have.
  • Significant differences in user preferences are
important for Colleges to consider when designing
    their websites.
  • How a College is ranked shows how a user group
interprets the site and how well it meets their
    needs.
  • It is important to make ensure that the site is
attracting and retaining the targeted user group.

25
Best Practices
  • Find an appropriate mix of multimedia and
    relevant, appropriate information
  • Site should be visually appealing
  • Website should be organized, concise, and easy to
    navigate
  • College websites should have different pages to
address the needs of each user group
